The Evil Tournament

Story: It's Hallowe'en and duelists must use dark and fiendish monsters to show they are the master of the night!

Tournament Host: VenusRose (all rules and final decisions goes through the tourney host)

Backup Host: Greto Kaibou (the backup host takes over if the original host suddenly disappears for complicated reasons)



Tournament Type: Single

Ban List: World Championship List

Special Rules: You must use a hallowe'en theme. Basically...
a.)Use Dark Attribute Monsters (as written on the card) like dark spellcasters, dark plants, etc.
Example: Mystic Tomato is a dark plant.
Added example (thanks Andrax): Light and Darkness Dragon in this case is a Light Dragon, even if it may be treated as a Dark monster on the field, on the card it's written that it's a light attribute card.
b.)You may use Fiend Types. Fiend Types include any attribute.
Example: malicious edge is an earth fiend type
b.)Spells and Traps: can be of anything you wish.
d.)Banned: All other non-dark attribute and non-fiend monsters!

How to Win: Win a match duel (2 out of 3 duels)

Max Number of Duelists: 16

Date and Time for Dueling: You have 3 days to go against your opponent! If the tournament starts on Friday, then...you have Friday, Saturday, Sunday to duel.

Disqualification:
1.)Do not expose ANYTHING about your opponent's deck strategy
2.)Disconnecting
3.)Using the wrong ban list
4.)Being lazy to face your opponent pass the 3 day deadline.
5.)There may be other violations. Staff may use the best judgement if the conditions appear.

What time zone do we use?: Refer to the clock at the top of the forum

Important NEW Rule!:
Do not talk about your opponent's deck after you faced theirs! Respect their deck privacy! Failure to do so will result in a disqualification from the tournament. If you're already eliminated, You will receive the n00b rank for a loong while which disables many functions of the forum for you.
Why is this severe? Because you've exposed their strategy to their next opponent which lowers their chances of winning. No one wants to redo their deck after their deck has been exposed.

Extra Notes
b.)Don't be a "sore loser". People will think less of you if you are. This will probably be the same if you're a "bad winner".
c.)If you feel you are being cheated or someone used a card not allowed in the tournament, it's up to you to present your evidence if the other party denies it by taking a picture or recording the duel. Though I trust all members to follow the rules and do not wish any scenerio resulting in this. Evidence is necessary as I dislike false accusations so do not delete your pms during a tournament for back-up.

So Dark Attributes and Fiends types which gives a player more option than one. Morphing Jar is excluded heh? Man I gotta go through this whole fix up deck tournament thing now.

Note: I may not be dueling you even though I sign up. If my brother Supreme King duels at the final or either way around, the person that duels last willl be crowded as the second place or 1st place. I'd rather not wish to be disqualify so it's the same game, and we both uses the same mind and same decks. As a matter of fact, I'll ask him on his opinion about this and if he can rig me one of his ultimate decks lol.

For tournament records, all duels by me or the Supreme King will be recorded.

Alright I'll give it a try. With opponents like KWC and Greg in this tournament, it won't be easy, but hey, I'm not as weak as I used to be so maybe I have a shot.

ex. elemental hero avian + elemental hero burstinatrix = evil hero infernal wing
