Why giltia? Ojama knight is better and it can't be bottomless'ed (is that even a word?)

Other than that i like the deck.....Very Happy

Your overlooking the draw power of this deck. Every inca deck does. XD
Well, it helps, alright your probably going to want to use alot of continuous traps. Why? Cards like CoTH, CoTR, Limit Reverse, Imperial Iron wall, all help this deck alot. This card called Magic Planter, you drop a continuous trap, and draw 2. So if you synced, while you used limit reverse, it stays, then you can drop it with Magic planter. Dark Neoshpere(I think that's right) the fiend with 4000 attk, he would work wonders in this deck if it had a way of using fiends. Other than that looks solid.

Inca decks dont really need draw power as to seeing that its already hard to get rid of them. He's already using Pot of Avarice so he's good.

Bloo, side deck Twisters and Skill Drain cause Royal Oppression locks down this deck otherwise it looks good. Just add the brain control and mind control then your set.

Just saying he should look into it, and burial from the DD is faster than Imperial Iron wall, which gets your Dragons to the grave, like they need to be if there removed, or return from the DD works too.
